The Supersonic Experience @ Casual Connect Tel Aviv

Casual Connect (CC) is the premiere event for the casual games industry with over 7,500 professionals attending Casual Connect each year in four different locations: US, SEA and two in Europe (one in the east and the second in the west). Casual Connect brings together the most talented and knowledgeable experts in the casual gaming field to further the casual games industry with the best of networking and learning. King, Playtika, Storm8 and Scientific Games were only few of the huge publishers who attended. Another great thing about CC is the “Indie Showcase”, which allows indie developers to exhibit their games and get a feedback from experts.

As a longtime sponsor of CC, Supersonic was very excited to welcome the conference to its hometown and show off the sandy beaches and dynamic atmosphere of Tel Aviv. With so many industry professionals in our own backyard, we decided to make the most out of this opportunity. With 40 Supersonic attendees and an alluring VIP lounge, we made sure every person at CC got a taste of who we are and what we can do.

Our waffle and ice cream party at our booth was a total hit, with people lining up till the far end of the room! We also hosted a raving pre-party with our dear partners and friends from Applovin and Appsflyer at our favorite bar, Otto. Over 300 people came to mingle and have a beer before we continued on to an amazing soiree hosted by our friends over at Playtika.

We saved the best part of our CC week for last. A day after the conference was over, Supersonic planned an amazing trip to the south of Israel. We took industry experts and young professionals attending CC from all over the world including Brazil, the U.S., China and Serbia on a tour through the ancient fort Masada, and all the way down to the lowest spot on earth- the salty Dead Sea. After three intense days filled with professional networking, we got to really know each other while rolling around in the mud and floating about in the sea.

Looking back, the conference was a complete success and we all enjoyed a productive mix of business and pleasure. News on the block is CC will be back in town next winter- but do yourself a favor, and remember one thing if you are planning to attend- we’ve got 300 days of summer in Israel so bring your best swimsuit!
